What is Otiz Keepers?
Otiz Keepers is a standardized, innovative HR agency that specializes in recruitment and other HR services for corporate and domestic sectors in Nigeria.
Project Goals
The goal for this project is to restructure the mobile version of their site to focus on clients and candidates.

Stakeholder Interviews
Before beginning the project, my team and I spoke with the stakeholders of this project to learn more about their company. We wanted to know their goals and desires for this project so we could deliver a solution that not only met their needs, but also the needs of the people they serve. Through this interview, we uncovered three key goals:
Competitive Analysis
To kick off the project, we reviewed a few sites that delivered solutions similar to Otiz Keepers. We analyzed the sites’ information architecture, hierarchy, and content for features that we could utilize for Otiz Keepers’ site.

User Flows
My role was to design the client experience. Based on the information gathered from the stakeholder interviews, I determined three main routes:
Sketches
After determining the main routes, I began sketching the screens for completing these actions.

Low Fidelity Wireframes
After sketching the routes, I began designing wireframes in Figma. The team presented our designs to Otiz Keepers for feedback before moving on to high fidelity mockups.
Stakeholder Feedback
After presenting our designs, we received feedback to guide our decisions for the high fidelity mockups. For the client side, this included:

High Fidelity Mockups
After receiving feedback and the assets needed to move forward, the team began working on high fidelity mockups to test with users.

User Testing
The team reached out to the four contacts that were given to us by Otiz Keepers. We tested our high fidelity designs with those contacts along with people from our area to add diversity. Opportunities for the client experience included:
Reiterated Design
With user feedback in mind, I returned to the designs to make adjustments for a more seamless experience.
Lessons Learned
As my first real-world project, I learned how important it is to collaborate with a team and stakeholders. Communication with all parties involved is key to successfully completing a project. I also learned that it’s important to gather and learn as much information as possible from the start of the project so that there aren’t any hang ups or misunderstandings. I look forward to completing more real-world projects and learning more valuable lessons.
